Amy18. October, 2026.We stayed on hayling island and wanted a convenient lunch before heading home. What a magical find! It was delightful. Really accessible menu with vegan and gluten free options. Staff were very accommodating. We had two small children with us and they were happy for them to play in a corner and brought colouring and bits over for them. Really amazing place.Posted on Google

Marta11. October, 2026.First time visiting and I really enjoyed the breakfast! The bacon was cooked perfectly, the hash browns were delicious, and the fried egg was done exactly as I asked. The bread was delicious and perfectly toasted! The staff were lovely and friendly, and the place had a really warm, family atmosphere. The only downside was the weak coffee. Other than that, a lovely breakfast spot! 😊Posted on Google

ebbcourt9. March, 2026.Very good Having visited a few times mainly for breakfast and Sunday lunch. The breakfasts are first class as are the staff who served us. I would like to pass on our thanks to our server Anna, who is a class act and a credit to your company. The Sunday lunch, was very good apart from the roast potatoes on both plates came out black and were inedible. We didn't complain as the rest of the meal was very good, whilst taking our plates Anna noticed this and profusely apologised and I believe spoke to the chef. I'm not sure what the head chef was thinking but he should never have allowed a situation like that to happen. We noticed there was also a young junior chef there who we were very impressed with, firstly he was very polite and secondly he was in nice clean whites, people notice that kind of thing. I don't want one little issue to detract from our overall experience which was and has been on the last few visits very good indeed.Posted on Tripadvisor
Glyn E15. February, 2026.Should Visit More Regularly A long overdue Sunday Morning Brekkers. Our intention was to come once a month, but we failed. As good as ever, locally sourced ingredients perfectly cooked. It's a real art to present a non greasy Breakfast to the Table. Fabulous Bacon, perfect Black Pudding (a Southern favourite, not). And what a neat idea to serve Baked Beans in a small China container - keep them from going cold before you finish. Delicious Bread. Twinned with a Macchiato and the ubiquitous Vanilla Ice Cream. Made 150 yards from where you eat it. Excellent service from long term stalwart, Anna. Only one hitch, reservations made via Answerphone don't seem to be added to the following day's reservations... Really good, clear and quick communication with management throughout and fantastically co-ordinated service by Anna and the team on the day. The food was fresh, tasty and appropriately priced. They catered for our gluten free guest too who was very happy with their food and not too dissimilar from what everyone else had. The location and venue are stunning also. Charlee5. December, 2025.A beautiful venue in a lovely location My parents recently had their Ruby Wedding anniversary celebration here in the barn. It was such a beautiful venue, the barn was lit up with lovely lights and the staff had done the tables beautifully. The staff were all so helpful, they served the food and drinks throughout the event and the food was lovely and plenty of it. The way the decorated the tables and whole venue made it look so pretty. It was stunning and the barn was spacious and warm. My parents had a wonderful time, I think there were 50 guests but could have been more. The barn is just behind the tearoom. It’s in a great location, there were young cows in the fields which was lovely and it was just a lovely day. The staff were all amazing and I will definitely be having some more events at this venue in the future. I would 100% recommend this placePosted on Tripadvisor
